1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 558jl (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 558jl, operating under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or accessing any services offered by 558jl.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notices on the Platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of 558jl services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The services provided by 558jl are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register for an account, access the Platform, or participate in any gaming activities offered by 558jl. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling operations. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

If you have previously self-excluded from gambling services, you may not create a new account or attempt to circumvent such restrictions.
• Identity Verification: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform. 558jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and financial documentation.

558jl employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age or identity when requested will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. Any person who provides false information regarding their age, identity, or eligibility will have their account permanently closed, all winnings voided, and may face legal prosecution under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on the 558jl Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency. You may only register one account with 558jl. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. 3.3 Account Verification

558jl reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, payment method ownership, and residential address. Such documents may include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID card), utility bills, bank statements, or credit card images. Your account may be suspended until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your 558jl account using approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and other methods accepted by 558jl. All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. We reserve the right to refuse or return any deposit that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent, derived from illegal sources, or otherwise suspicious.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the Platform and may vary depending on your chosen payment method, account status, and transaction history. You acknowledge that payment processing times may vary depending on the method selected and that 558jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your 558jl account subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified; (b) you must have satisfied all wagering requirements associated with any bonuses or promotions; (c) the withdrawal method must match your deposit method unless otherwise approved by 558jl for security reasons; (d) you must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as specified on the Platform; and (e) your account must not be subject to any restrictions, investigations, or disputes.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security reviews and may be delayed pending verification of identity, transaction legitimacy, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. 558jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. In cases where bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations are suspected, withdrawal requests may be denied and accounts may be closed with funds forfeited.

4.3 Transaction Fees

558jl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals under normal circumstances. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. In cases where excessive withdrawal requests are made (defined as more than three withdrawal requests in a 24-hour period), 558jl reserves the right to impose administrative fees to cover processing costs.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 558jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by our payment processor. You acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the value of your deposits and withdrawals.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

558jl offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These specific terms will be clearly stated in the promotional materials and must be read carefully before opting into any offer.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before requesting withdrawal. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements - slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated play with other users to manipulate promotional outcomes, is strictly prohibited. 558jl reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts of players suspected of bonus abuse. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

558jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.

The Platform provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You may set these limits at any time through your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours to provide a cooling-off period. Decreasing limits takes effect immediately.

7. Game Rules, Results, and Disputes

Game results are determined by random number generators (RNG) for virtual games or physical outcomes for live dealer games, all of which are regularly tested and certified by independent auditing agencies to ensure fairness.

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, wagering outcomes, account balances, or any other matter related to your use of the Platform, you must contact 558jl customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. 8. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 558jl Platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account
• Using fraudulent payment methods or depositing funds from illegal sources

558jl reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior has occurred. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation and may report suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR. We are not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure, though we will comply with all regulatory requirements regarding such actions.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the 558jl Platform are the exclusive property of 558jl or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the Platform. 10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, 558JL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. 558jl does not warrant that the Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 558jl's liability shall be limited to the m aximum extent permitted by law. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 558jl Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal information as described therein. We collect personal information necessary to provide services, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our Platform.

558jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines and the regulatory authority of PAGCOR.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 558jl customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Platform must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise such cause of action is permanently barred.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by 558jl of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 558jl to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
